ibizahouseshop s.l.u. was founded by Bob Wyborn in 2005 and taken over by Udo Rauch in 2017. 

Our main objectives are : approval and drafting of all documentation such as title deeds, final deeds, cédula de habitabilidad, taxes, etc. valuation of your property, publication on the internet or in magazines, we take care of the signing of the purchase contract in front of the notary.
